The attention to detail was very nice, and it actually looks very cute as well. The seller was very nice to talk to when ironing out the details and such.

I ordered something slightly special & very specific, and the ease, professionalism, & communication of this seller impressed me so much! They handled all my comments & questions with respect & speed. They were very involved, more than any other seller I've bought from on Etsy, and I appreciate that very much. I ordered items that take quite a bit of time to make (each one was different in every way from the others), and I was surprised with how quickly they arrived. And when they did arrive, they were packaged well, and had fun little colorful strips of paper as cushioning. It felt like a Christmas gift! Specifically my order had 4 kitties with 4 scents. Each is strong & evenly distributed. I would happily buy again from this seller, and I probably will in the next few months. I look forward to seeing what else they do!
